Heather Floyd has been involved in website and software development for over 15 years and using Umbraco since 2006, specializing in information architecture and development efficiency. She has worked on dozens of websites, both independently and as a team leader. In addition, she has originated and contributed to various Umbraco and .Net-related open source projects. Heather speaks internationally about Umbraco and is a co-organizer for the NYC Umbraco Meetup group. She currently works as a Senior Umbraco Developer for Scandia Consulting and blogs at HeatherFloyd.com. Outside of her interests in business and programming, Heather enjoys cooking, making jewelry, gardening, and entertaining with her husband and kitty in their Harlem, NYC home.
